Squash is played in a box room between two people.
All you need is a squash racket (similar to a tennis racket but smaller head size) and a squash ball. The squash ball has a diameter of about 2 and a half inches and is made of rubber. Five different squash ball speeds range from relatively slow (competition standard) to fast (more beginner standard). There are a lot of lines in the squash court. The first line runs across the top of the back wall and down the sides of the sidewall. Any ball hitting outside of this area is considered out, and a point is offered to the opponent. To win the game, players need to reach the required set amounts determined before the match starts.
Most of the sets are the best five games, so the first one wins that number.
