This concerns personal data that you provide us by filling in the forms on our Website (e.g. inquiry form), is kept safe with an account of ERAS platform by corresponding with us in any other way through the Website. These processing activities are necessary to take steps at the request of the subject (or of an APSGCAA member on the subject’s behalf) before entering into a contract, be able to carry out its business activities efficiently, i.e. organize sports events (like National & International tournaments).

To carry out the purposes outlined above, the personal data is (possibly) shared with others, such as any member of our group, i.e. the APSGCAA, our members (being national association), any event organizer, our technical partners supporting us with the provision of the Website. It is also shared with the ERAS platform and, as may be the case, any other business partners assisting us in the context of the National and International School Competition and Tournaments.
